Raised in a real estate family, Tim has a true passion for his work and a reputation for excellent service and negotiating skills. He represents both residential clients, and clients looking to buy or sell commercial and industrial properties. Taking pride in carefully studying changing market conditions, he ensures each client gets the competitive advantage they deserve. He also offers commercial leasing services.

Professionally, he began his career as a mortgage lender then obtained his real estate license and joined the Buccola Group at the Hasson Company. In September of 2015, he and his brother Ryan acquired Bend Oregon’s Key Properties.

Tim loves to take advantage of what Central Oregon has to offer such as camping with his wife and three young sons, hiking, whitewater rafting, and fly fishing. Also he enjoys horseback riding, ranch sorting and team penning. He holds a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Marketing from Southern Oregon University.
