A second-generation broker, Pattie Serbus has lived in Bend since 1993. Born and raised in Santa Barbara, Pattie discovered Central Oregon many years ago on a family ski trip to Mt. Bachelor, where she fell in love with the landscape and the lifestyle opportunities the area afforded. Pattie has been a licensed broker for more than 24 years, and in that time has consistently been a top producer.

Raised in both Bend and Southern California, Megan Serbus is a third-generation interior designer with a life-long passion for beautiful homes. She has enjoyed an accomplished career in interior design and has earned awards for her work in Central Oregon’s Tour of Homes. When the opportunity to partner with her mother-in-law arose, she found the transition to serving buyers and sellers a natural one.
