Ann Willis is a full-time Realtor in Bend, Oregon. She has successfully helped clients find and sell single-family homes and properties as investments, rentals, second homes, small acreage, and bare-land all over Central Oregon. She is co-owner of Bend Home Hunters, a boutique real estate team with RE/MAX Key Properties.

Originally from Portland, Ann moved to Bend in 1994 and quickly fell in love with small town life. When her marketing and sales career pulled her back to the big city by way of Seattle and San Francisco, it was just a short time before she was called back to Central Oregon where she began her career in real estate. She now lives in an old mill house on the westside with her two sons and enjoys many of the things she’s always loved about Bend, even as it’s changed over the years. She spends her free time on the river trails, or shuttling her sons to Mt. Bachelor, one of whom is a competitive freestyle skier. Ann is also dedicated to her community, volunteering twice a month at the Family Kitchen.

Ann understands how important it is to communicate throughout the entire home buying process and how important getting it done “right” is. She takes each transaction on with equal importance and, as a full-time broker, has the time and energy to give her clients the attention they need and deserve. She is a skilled negotiator and tenacious when she needs to be. Her clients love her kindness and clarity. Ann has earned the NAR designation as a “Sellers Representative Specialist” (SRS), “Accredited Buyers Representative” (ABR) as well as her credential, “At Home with Diversity” (AHWD) to work with all cultures and promote inclusive business practices.
